Food Services Location: Jasper, AB Pay: $17.25–$18.00 per hour Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Details: - Employment Type: Permanent - Language: English - Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week - Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) - Work Environment: Noisy, Hot - Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, Food service establishment, Coffee shop, On-site customer service, Willing to relocate, Restaurant

Responsibilities: - Establish methods to meet work schedules - Requisition food and kitchen supplies - Supervise and co-ordinate food preparation staff - Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures - Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation - Ensure food and service quality control standards are met - Prepare budget and cost estimates - Address customer complaints and concerns - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage - Prepare and submit reports - Prepare food order summaries for the chef - Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres - Supervise assembly of trays - Establish work schedules - Provide staff training

Requirements: - Supervisory experience - Certifications: Smart Serve, Food Safety Certificate, ProServe program, Safe Food Handling certificate
