Our Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable environment of our clients and our own network, by monitoring our Network Operations Centre. This will include the planning, configuring, installing and supporting the networks. Design of automation tasks for accuracy, ensuring deployment and fault reporting. They will be required to develop Standard Operating Procedures, ensure maintenance is scheduled and optimise all network attached devices including hardware, software and communication links. Responsibilities

Troubleshooting Workstation, Server and Connectivity Issues. Monitor and Test Backup processes in line with Business Continuity Plans. Monitoring of Anti-Virus and EDR. Provide Automated solutions to regular tasks. Understanding of Data Protection Act. Data Entry as required to support business needs. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team. Key Qualities

Excellent Communications Skills – Verbally and Written. Ability to document solutions, work arounds and project work. Able to work well on your own or as part of a team. Good analytical skills helping you to find solutions to issues. Able to work calmly in a fast paced environment. We offer competitive salaries across the business. Parking Space
