Most importantly, our employees are appreciated for the real differences they make in both the lives of their clients and their clients’ families.Hartford HealthCare at Home is growing We currently have clinical opportunities to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team of clinicians providing Hospice and Palliative care.Job Description: RN Hospice Home Care Baylor for: either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday 24 hour position/paid for 40 hours to provide hospice and palliative care at home.Ensure compassionate delivery of care to patients in their final journey. Qualifications Licensure: Registered Nurse with a license in the State of ConnecticutEducation: Graduate of an Associate's or diploma program in nursing; graduate of NLN approved BSN program, preferred OASIS certificationExperience: One year nursing experience or one year nursing experience in a specialty; medical/surgery or home care, preferred.
