Assist construction services agents by taking calls from builders, electricians, contractors, and customers requesting status updates on electric and gas service installations. Utilize CSS and Maximo systems to forward relevant information to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls regarding electric and gas service installs.
  • Provide status updates to builders, electricians, contractors, and customers.
  • Use CSS and Maximo systems to forward information to construction services agents.
  • Support the team in managing a backlog of orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CSS and Maximo systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
