Utilize BIM and Revit Structural for communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals. Perform structural engineering for clients in the following space: industrial facilities, power plant, and food & beverage projects such as grain, dairy, processing facilities, etc. Projects include federal and non-federal custom engineering packages. Client facing on design package updates, email and phone communication, and collaborating with internal design and engineering teams. Assume ownership of the project's goals and success - consulting environment with a quick pace. This group specializes in high-performing projects with a focus on the future in food and beverage, Federal projects, and industrial facility design. The goal is to deliver excellent projects hand-in-hand with a positive experience for our clients and our communities alike - will run with multiple projects at once that vary in duration and complexity. Develop construction documents and establish SOP's. Steel design, concrete foundations for pre-engineered buildings. Top candidates Degree with a Structural emphasis. 15+ years of structural engineering experience working on facility, food/beverage, or industrial projects from an A&E firm. Current PE License in Minnesota.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Burnsville, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

Best candidate will come from a structural engineering consulting firm in a facilities or industrial group. Candidates unable to obtain a PE or those from outside WI or MN will not be a fit.
