The Green Pineapple Boutiques are looking for Sales Associates

Job summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a boutique setting, attending to customer needs and preferences while demonstrating a fun, friendly and approachable personality. The Sales Associate will also need to demonstrate knowledge of all Green Pineapple brand offerings and to share that knowledge and philosophy with clients.

Duties and functions:

__Demonstrating excellent customer service on the boutique floor during the entire shift

Ensuring the customer is always a priority

Demonstrating knowledge of boutique offerings and brands

Informing customers with additional programs and services, such as Loyalty Rewards program, seasonal events, Yoga schedule etc.

Managing the boutique area with continuous restocking and organizing,

Maintaining boutique cleanliness

Maximizing boutique productivity

Performing all POS functions,

Assisting with inventory and boutique merchandising

Assisting the Managers with additional assigned tasks

Requirements:

Friendly, helpful, engaging and spirited personality

Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices

Basic administration skills, numerical accuracy, and cash management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to solve problems independently

Proven working experience in retail sales is a plus

Knowledge of Lightspeed POS system is a plus

High school degree

Ability to stand during the entire shift

Being able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
