**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator****Job Description**We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating excavators and backhoes, as well as a strong understanding of commercial construction environments.**Responsibilities**+ Operate excavators and backhoes efficiently and safely.+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.+ Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.+ Assist with other construction tasks as needed.+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.**Essential Skills**+ 3+ years of experience in excavator and backhoe operation.+ OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).+ Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in heavy equipment operation.+ Familiarity with construction site safety procedures.+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Why Work Here?**We are a multi-generational company that cherishes our loyal, dependable, and reliable employees.
