Sanitation Worker

Pay Rate: $18.00 -$19.00 DOE
Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM M-F
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Duration: 2 months +
Responsibilities:

Facility Cleanliness:
  • Dispose of boxes in the compactor.
  • Empty and pick up trash throughout the facility and surrounding property.
  • Sweep, mop, and squeegee floors as needed.
  • Wipe condensation from surfaces as required.
Waste Management:
  • Handle the disposal of inedible product on the property.
Break Room Maintenance:
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, countertops, and microwaves in break rooms.
  • Restock production supplies such as hairnets, aprons, sleeves, and gloves.
  • Restock restroom supplies including soap and paper towels.
Maintenance Reporting:
  • Report any needed repairs immediately to the supervisor, such as leaky faucets or toilets.
  • Provide written reports of unsafe conditions or unsafe acts to management.
Requirements:
  • Background screening
  • Employment verification
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sanitation or janitorial role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including cold and wet conditions.
