Estamos en la bsqueda de Project Managers para llevar a cabo la gestin de nuestras especializaciones: Project Management and Leadership in Culture of Innovation, E-commerce and Marketing Digital, Diseo Instruccional y Didctica Digital. Tambin necesitamos Project managers para otros programas e iniciativas que tenemos como el Talent Bank, Circular Economy Incubator Program, Open Classrooms Program, Think Thank/Do Thank Program and The Innovation and Research for Innovation Program.

El candidato/a ideal debe tener por lo menos un ao de experiencia como Project Manager y trabajando con voluntarios en diversos niveles.

El compromiso es de 4-6 horas por semana por un periodo de 6 meses como mnimo.

ROL Y RESPONSABILIDADES

1. Crear el BRD (Business Requirement Documentation) para recoger toda la informacin del proyecto.

2. Planificar las fases del proyecto, los plazos y los procesos usando los recursos existentes.

3. Identificar los colaboradores y asignar los roles durante el desarrollo del proyecto y durante su

ejecucin.

4. Coordinar con las partes involucradas.

5. Elaborar estrategias para prevenir riesgos y lograr el xito del proyecto.

6. Establecer un calendario detallado de actividades para lograr las metas. Es importante saber del tiempo

disponible para cada tarea y tener un margen ante algn posible cambio o error con el fin de que nada

retrase el proyecto.

7. Debe gestionar que se cumplan los plazos y los costos establecidos as como supervisar que todas las

personas involucradas estn cumpliendo con su cometido.

8. Gestionar al equipo. El project manager debe ser un lder que sepa gestionar a los profesionales

implicados en el proyecto.

9. Hacer frente a posibles crisis y liderar al equipo para minimizar riesgos.

10. Cerrar el proyecto. Repasar que est todo completo, revisar cambios, hacer chequeos del estatus final y

entregar el producto.

11. Llevar a cabo la implementacin del producto y desarrollar los procesos necesarios para el xito del

mismo.

12. Elaborar las estrategias de monitoreo en coordinacin con el Product Manager.
