Job Summary Within the Marketing organization, the Event Technology & Insights team delivers a cutting?edge technology stack that enhances in?person, digital, and on?demand experiences across Clients global brand activations. The Product Manager will own the delivery of in?person experience through product execution and deployment for the Client Events Mobile App, ensuring seamless engagement across the event lifecyclefrom awareness and registration to on?site engagement and post?event follow?up. Key Responsibilities Build thorough Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) and secure stakeholder alignment for the Events Mobile App. Lead relationships with vendors and internal teams on 12 key in?person features, influencing vendor roadmaps based on Client needs. Provide regular updates to leadership and escalate issues when necessary, while resolving most independently. Present strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior executives internally and externally (as approved). Facilitate timely decision?making across stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams. Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, and infrastructure teams for complex initiatives. Represent and lead diverse delivery functions in program/project core team and executive meetings. Maintain product roadmap and ensure alignment with overall event technology strategy. Work across global locations with flexibility for meetings in different time zones. Drive innovation for large?scale events and regional activations. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in mobile app features. Bachelors degree (B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent). Strong background in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies. Proven ability to lead vendor analysis, maintain relationships, and influence vendor roadmaps. Hands?on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and ability to function as an individual contributor. Excellent communication skillsable to write clear documentation and present to technical and business audiences. Ability to work independently and in a fast?paced environment, with professionalism and adaptability. Strong presentation skills for audiences ranging from analysts to C?suite. Willingness to travel for key events (less than 20%). Desired Skills Background in technology consulting or professional services. Agile/Scrum certifications.
