Family First Homecare is hiring Skilled T/V Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional 1:1 pediatric and young adult care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We're looking for compassionate clinicians ready to make a lasting impactwhether you're an experienced nurse or a newly licensed graduate ready to grow. Position Details: Location: Clearwater, FL and surrounding areas Schedule Options: Full-time, part-time, PRN (Days, nights, weekends you choose) Pay Range: $32/hr $35/hr, based on experience and case type Care Setting: 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile infants, children, and young adults What You'll Do: Provide personalized care based on physician-directed plans Perform ongoing assessments and nursing interventions Administer medications, treatments, and therapies Educate families on clinical care to ensure continuity and safety Collaborate with families and care teams to support positive outcomes What Makes Family First Homecare Different: We believe in building real relationshipswith our nurses, our patients, and their families.
