Job Description General Requirements

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients Work is throughout the state of North Carolina Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals

Installation Oversight:

Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements
