The Project Manager will act as the principal liaison, overseeing luxury residential construction projects in New York City and nearby regions for affluent clients. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a strong desire to lead projects, mentor junior staff, exhibit humility, show a willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and consistently prioritize client needs.

Location: New York, NY, Central Business District

Salary: $110k-$120k with discretionary bonuses ($15k-$70k/year)

The Project Manager will lead luxury residential construction projects in New York City, serving high-net-worth clients. Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Regular site visits and project status meetings, with a flexible remote work policy
