The #1 mission for this role may be summarized as follows: Oversee all construction operations and provide oversight and management as needed to ensure client delivery & satisfaction. The function of this position is to work under the supervision of Senior Project Manager and alongside Assistant Project Managers managing multiple projects. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements & change orders Coordinate deliverables across various stakeholder groups (Architects, Owners, Suppliers, Engineers) Prepare and update meeting minutes, schedules, and submittals Manage RFIs, RFQs and various project documentation Review invoices and timesheets Assist with securing building permits and inspections Estimating & budgeting project cost Owner and client issue resolution Coordination of close-out protocols (punch-walks, as-builts, warranty letters) Quality Control through job-walks, site-presence, reporting, inspections Onsite administration and document control duties (i.e. MSDS, signage, meeting minutes, daily progress walks, punchlist, etc.). Set-up and mobilization of coDesign Project Carts. Maintain Clean and Safe Jobsites Your Qualifications 3 to 7+ years construction experience Construction Software experience (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects) Self-directed with a high-level of initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of project scope, construction drawings, specifications, submittals, etc. Effective coordination across multiple trades and disciplinaries to ensure measurable results Familiarity with office design workflows, construction / building codes, and office furniture systems Computer & software proficiency (Microsoft Office, MS Projects, Procore, BlueBeam, etc.) Language: fluent English Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ability to work additional hours as needed to support team and meet customer expectations is expected from time?to?time. This position is expected to travel to project jobsites.
