Description
We are seeking multiple servers to join our Special Events Team at our Sonoma County and Napa County locations. The ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule, would be looking for just a few shifts per month, and a desire to work in an amazing environment while providing exceptional service to our guests. Hospitality and/or banquet experience as a food server, host, set-up person, dishwasher or other related jobs are preferred. We are looking for someone with availability to work lunch and dinner events on both weekdays and weekends. Schedules are set far in advance and employees are scheduled based on their availability.
Requirements
•Assist the Event Manager with event set-up, preparation, and execution.
•Adhere to established service standards.
•Act as a server for all assigned events.
•Clean up and proper storage of service-ware and equipment for each event.
•Maintain a clean and organized event equipment storage area.
•Be able to stand for long periods of time
•Be able to lift 50lbs.
•Minimum of 18 years of age
