What You'll Do and What You'll Bring

What You'll Do

  • Mentor entry-level cooks and apprentices while managing daily food preparation and production for your outlet.
  • Follow company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Maintain food cost and labor cost targets while managing portion control and ingredient freshness.
  • Utilize a variety of cooking techniques, including sauting, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, and more, to prepare dishes to perfection.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by fostering cooperation and respect among coworkers.
  • Be mindful of guest feedback scores, working proactively to positively influence rankings.
What You'll Bring
  • Expertise in using all cooking and preparation equipment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of culinary techniques, including breakfast cookery, garde manger, and pantry preparation.
  • Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
  • The ability to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods.
