You will work closely with families to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit. Your role will involve fostering positive family dynamics, enhancing parenting skills, and improving overall family functioning.Hours: Full-Time Hybrid position (from home, on location, and in office)Education: Bachelors degree requiredExperience: Two years of experience working with children and families is required.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationConflict ResolutionMotivational InterviewingProblem SolvingTime managementAccuracy and timeliness with documentationsocial work, education, human services, psychology, sociology
