Variable *Sign On Bonus for Eligible Candidates* Summary: The Patient Service Rep Lead reports directly to the Patient Service Rep Manager. This position will lead the preparation for and progression of Patient Access related projects through to completion, by providing guidance and direction to Patient Service Rep Lead support staff working on these initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as an internal subject matter expert with strong financial healthcare acuity and with an ability to support, track, manage, and champion Patient Access initiatives, sharing results with the Patient Service Rep Manager and other area leaders. Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a desire to learn and grow, will be fundamental in achieving goals. In addition, this role will serve as a leading resource in the areas of process improvement, organizational development, data gathering, analytics, and research. Effectiveness will be measured in terms of results, commitment to Northern Light Health and the Patient Service Rep team, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Duties may be changed or reassigned by the Patient Service leadership or Vice President as needs arise. Educates, communicates, and provides clear directives to, and working with, the Patient Service Operations team. Ability to work with Leaders. Serves as a liaison with other departments, clinical partners, and practice staff. Coordinates communication, prepares presentations, facilitates meetings, and manages Patient Access initiatives to achieve successful outcomes. Competencies and Skills
