Looking for an RN Director to lead our Emergency Room

Highlights of our ED Director role:

  • Full-Time (40+ hours per week) and Exempt
  • 12 beds
  • 1st ED in Indiana accredited as a Level 1 Geriatric Emergency Department by the American College of Emergency Physicians for its focus on caring for senior patients
  • Accredited as a chest pain center by the American College of Cardiology Accreditation Services and participates in Lutheran Hospital's Level 1 Heart
Day to Day Job Functions:
  • Under the direction of administrative or department leadership, as assigned, plans, organizes and manages operational and personnel functions for a specific hospital service, program or department.
  • Assists leadership in the development and implementation of a budget, goals and objectives, policies and procedures, staff training, development, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provides ongoing guidance and leadership to reporting leadership
Requirements:
  • Valid Indiana RN license
  • ASN at minimum
  • BLS and additional certifications within period of time of hire
  • Emergency Room RN Experience required
  • Leadership experience preferred
