Aspire Senior Living of Excelsior Springs is currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our 108 bed skilled/LTC facility.

Director of Nursing Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization - Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain effective care plans - Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and regulations - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

Experience:

- Prior experience as Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Current Missouri RN or compact license in good standing - - Strong knowledge of physiology, nursing home care, hospice care, home health systems, and resident rights - Experience in developing and implementing care plans for patients with diverse needs - Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
