**Job Title: Supervisor General Duration**

**Job Description**

This position is a second shift warehouse/Distribution Operations Supervisor role, supervising 20-30 UAW employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused operation. The Supervisor will work closely with the Superintendent and Plant Manager to oversee all operations including inbound, outbound, and claims processing. Responsibilities also include covering crews in the supervisor's absence, attending and facilitating crew meetings, preparing and maintaining work-related records, scheduling workforce, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class performance.
