Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Principal Consultant for our Digital Strategy team, specialized in the banking sector. This role demands a profound understanding of digital innovations and a robust grasp of banking systems and processes. You will be instrumental in guiding our banking clients through digital transformation, focusing on key areas like KYC, AML, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage digital strategy engagements with major clients in the banking sector, providing expertise in banking systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop digital strategy proposals, incorporating enhancements in areas like KYC, AML, and dispute management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to design and deploy digital solutions that streamline and optimize KYC, AML, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Provide insightful advice on integrating emerging digital technologies into these core banking areas.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with their strategic objectives.
  • Engage in business development and thought leadership, demonstrating deep expertise in banking systems and digital innovation.
  • Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in management consulting with a specialized focus on digital strategy in banking, including hands-on experience with KYC, AML, claims, and dispute processes.
  • Demonstrable success in leading digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of the banking industry's operational frameworks, regulatory environment, and technological advancements.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Stellar communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field, with relevant certifications in banking or digital technologies considered a plus.
