Bartender

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our Aloft Mooresville Lake Norman team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions
• Regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of wine and food pairings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
