POSITION SUMMARY:General cleaning and upkeep of common spaces, restrooms, service support areas, offices, parking garage, exterior, exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and other areas within the facility.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Cleaning public areas including restrooms, elevators, escalators, glass railings and other general cleaning tasks as needed- General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas- Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in office areas- Parking garage maintenance, including trash removal and cleaning of trash cans- Exterior property maintenance, including trash removal, sweeping, snow removal, power washing, and leaf blowing as needed- Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed- Completing custodial checklists as necessary- Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines- Working with and directing work efforts of part time/temporary personnel- Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and REQUIREMENTS:- THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING WEEKEND DAYS AS SCHEDULED.
