Calling all Customer Service Superstars

The Fairfield Inn Hooksett is now hiring for a Front Desk Associate Part Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. Part time hours available. Shifts are 3PM - 11PM and Overnight.

The salary is $16.00/hour

Job Responsibilities include:
•Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
•Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenities
•Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
•Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
•Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
•Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
•Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
•Other duties as assigned
