About the role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, providing important deliverables to senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll and Human Resources:
• Process new employee paperwork and input new employee profiles and tax and benefits information into ADP payroll platform.
• Adjust for any changes in employee payroll deductions and taxes.
• Process routine payroll, including employee expense reimbursements.
• Track and update Paid Time Off for employees.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management:
• Create and maintain accurate vendor records and process invoices.
• Confirm that all expenses are allocated and coded accurately.
• Process 1099’s
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions and concerns.
• Ad hoc analysis of expenses across different entities, monitoring trends and variances
Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and General Ledger:
• Perform monthly client billings

What we’re looking for:
• A Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 3-5 years of prior accounting experience with fund accounting knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of proficiency in Excel [pivot tables and VLOOKUP knowledge a plus].
• Knowledge of cloud based accounting platforms [Quickbooks knowledge a plus].
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
