Job Description
Position Overview
Sr. Human Resources Generalist provides full cycle Human Resources to our Corporate office and team members. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Areas of Focus
Sr. Human Resources Generalist will be responsible to understand the business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures. Effect improvements in business objectives in training and development, benefits, as well as employee engagement, retention, employee relations, and overall employee services.

Responsibilities
Analyze relevant government rules and regulations and keep the management updated as well as ensure companys relevant policies and procedures in line with governments statutory requirements
Optimize performance management process and track the status of performance improvement plan
Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful execution of HR initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals and milestones.
Track progress, identify potential risks and propose effective solutions to jeep projects on track.
Organize and execute company events, including not limited to, volunteer activities for organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all company events, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
Foster a positive and engaging culture through well-planned and inclusive events.
Oversee wellness initiatives, including management of wellness ambassadors and coordination of related activities.
Drive employee engagement through effective communication strategies to promote health and well-being.
Act as benefits resource during annual enrollment, assisting employees in navigating benefit options and addressing inquiries for Corporate Office and team members.
Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transition and understanding of available benefits.
Assist with recruiting needs, running background checks and drug testing
Works with Safety Committee and maintaining compliance
Other HR tasks assigned by the manager

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources, economics or business management, or equivalent level of experience
Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations, Benefits, Project Management, On-Boarding, Recruitment and Training
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of HR principles, industry practices, and legal requirements related to HR policies and practices

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Experience
PHR or SPHR
Masters level education
