• 1+ years of experience in engineering products/platforms of the cloud; either moving apps to the cloud or building cloud-native applications

• 1+ year of experience in production monitoring of apps/platforms including tools like Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/DevOps

• Experience in the United States healthcare or retail domain

• Prior experience in member/customer-facing platforms like customer websites or call center platforms

• Experience in data science concepts and application of the same in building products

• Strong collaboration and inter-personal skills; ability to communicate and work with stakeholders up the hierarchy, and within and across the team.
