Resumo da funo:
Responsvel por atrair, avaliar e selecionar talentos alinhados com as necessidades e valores da empresa, contribuindo para a construo de equipes eficientes e direcionadas aos objetivos organizacionais.
Contamos com voc para:
Identificar e atrair os melhores talentos de mercado, alinhados a cultura organizacional da Prolog;
Desenvolver e implementar estratgias inovadoras e eficazes para atrao de candidatos qualificados e aderentes cultura;
Realizar alinhamento estratgico de perfil das posies em aberto com as lideranas, de acordo com os requisitos tcnicos e comportamentais desejados;
Utilizar tcnicas de hunting para identificar proativamente talentos no mercado, abordando potenciais candidatos por meio de plataformas como LinkedIn Recruiter, entre outras;
Triar currculos, garantindo que o perfil dos candidatos esteja alinhado com as exigncias da vaga;
Descrever relatos e pareceres de pr contato, mantendo lderes informados sobre o andamento dos mapeamentos iniciais;
Conduzir entrevistas detalhadas, focadas em competncias, avaliando o alinhamento do candidato com os valores e expectativas da empresa, habilidades, experincias e qualificaes, conforme os requisitos da vaga;
Aplicar testes e desafios tcnicos, analisando resultados para contribuir na avaliao geral das habilidades e competncias dos candidatos;
Enviar retornos e feedbacks para candidatos reprovados atravs da plataforma de seleo.

O que precisamos que voc tenha:
Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na cidade de Palhoa/SC;
Graduao completa em Psicologia, Administrao, Recursos Humanos, Gesto de Pessoas ou reas afins;
Experincia com Recrutamento e Seleo de posies estratgicas;
Indispensvel vivncia com seleo de posies de Tecnologia;
Conhecimento em plataformas de seleo (Quickin, Gupy, Pandap, LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenoby e outros)
Conhecimento em pacote Google (Gmail, GDrive, GSheets e outros).
