Housekeeper - Full Time NightsWe're looking for qualified Housekeepers to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231Work hours: Full Time, 40 Hours, 10:30 AM - 7:00 AM, must be able to work every weekend for the first 90 and rotating weekends after 90 days.Department highlights: •Gain a sense of accomplishment by contributing in a teamwork environment.•Receive excellent mentorship, comprehensive training and dedicated leadership resources.•Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 450 patients/day Here's What You Need •H.S. Diploma or Equivalent preferred•6 Months related experience preferredWhat You Will Do•Clean assigned area (s) according to procedure to meet established infection control, sanitation and safety guidelines.•This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, pulling trash, pulling dirty linen, cleaning sinks, commodes, countertops, showers and beds.•Replenish linen and other supplies i.e., paper towels, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc. in assigned area.•Replenish supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned areas to prepare work area for next service period.•Responsible for keeping all equipment clean and reporting all broken equipment to the supervisor.•Performs other related duties as assigned.Additional perks of being a Texas Health Housekeeper•Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, loan repayment assistance as well as several other benefits. •Delivery of high quality of patient care through nursing education, nursing research and innovations in nursing practice. •Strong Unit Based Council (UBC). •A supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth.Entity HighlightsFor more than a half-century, Texas Health Dallas has been at the forefront of health care in North Texas.
