Job Summary

The Phlebotomist I brings expertise in blood draws and specimen preparation, ensuring high-quality care and comfort for patients.

This role is critical in obtaining sufficient samples with minimal discomfort, serving a diverse patient demographic while upholding the highest care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform blood draws with precision and professionalism, ensuring minimal discomfort for patients.
  • Prepare specimens according to established protocols for accurate laboratory testing.
  • Foster a supportive and calming environment to put patients at ease during procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards to maintain the integrity of specimen collection and handling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
