As a pivotal player in our strategic expansion, you'll: Deliver exceptional client service, overseeing business and individual tax engagements with a keen focus on business returns (1120S, 1065) and associated individual 1040 returns. Advise clients on critical business decisions to foster growth and success. Build strong, reliable relationships both with clients and within our team. Manage risk and lead projects with a hands-on approach. Contribute to hiring, training, and mentoring initiatives to cultivate a thriving professional community. Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership to drive the firm's strategic vision and growth in the Houston market. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting At least seven (7) years of recent public accounting experience, with a deep understanding of complex tax issues, especially in partnership taxation. CPA, EA or JD designation required Experience with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and complex partnerships and S-Corp businesses. A proven track record of professional accomplishments and career growth. Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Houston area.
