Compensation
The hourly rate starts at $28.00 based on individual skills, certifications, previous experience, and market data. Performance-based bonuses and commissions on completed sales are also available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a propane delivery truck along designated routes
  • Fill residential and commercial bulk propane tanks
  • Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial clients
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and AmeriGas policies
  • Consistently utilize required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Adapt to work 8 to 12-hour shifts based on fluctuating needs

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs
