Greenfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse Assesment Coordinator (RNAC) who has a love for working with seniors and a passion in healthcare

This job is located in Erie, PA

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC):

Conduct and coordinate the completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of the Facility.

Conduct and coordinate the completion of the RAI process in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer programs.

Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the resident assessment.

Participate in Facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.

Monitor the Facility’s QI and QM reports to ensure that appropriate corrective action can be implemented when potential problem areas occur.

Provide initial and ongoing education with the interdisciplinary team involved in the RAI process.

Valid PA RN License (Required)

Experience required:

1 year or more of ICD-10-CM Coding

preferred

1 year or more of SNF insurance reviewing

preferred

RNAC may start NEXT WEEK
