And if that’s you we would love to have you join us Job Description Role Name: QA Engineer- Salesforce Reports to (role): Technical Leader Key Stakeholder Relationships: Product owner, Technical Leader, Solution Architect, Business SME, Business Analyst Role Purpose: Rockwell Automation’s Salesforce enables Software and Service contracts and renewal process and is a critical application for company’s digital transformation to enable annual recurring revenue. A Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions and applications. Here's a list of skills and qualifications typically required for a Salesforce QA Analyst job position: Key Responsibilities: Leads development oftest strategies, leading end to end test planning including,data, environments, end to end use case definitions, overseeing test execution, facilitating stakeholder review of test outcomes and go-no-go decisions. Assists intraining teams on automation, documentation, and root cause analysis. Locate keytestingprocess improvement opportunities. Interacting with business teams on initiatives and how they should be approached from a testing standpoint. Providetestmetricsand facilitates discussions with project teams and stakeholders to drive go-no-go decisions. Develop testcases,scenarios,and scripts based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications. Assist teams with test design and automationfor all types of testing, includingsystem, regression, functional, end-to-end, data integrity,and performance. Automate test cases and scenarios. Provide workshops, training, and standards for business teamsaround user acceptance testing practices. Governance to ensure adequatetest coverageand best practices. Configure and manage test environments and datarelated to strategies. Exhibit a holistic approach to testing strategies. Strong business awareness and priorities. Analyzeand offerarchitectural improvementsto determine testability. Build end point simulations as necessary. Enterprise test tool management and administration. Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education 5+ years ofTesting experience with

desired). Expert levelgrasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals. Hands ontest development and executionbackgroundin aSalesForceplatformis a plus. Extensive experiencewith test automation. Familiarity withperformance testing tools (jMeter, Gatling, etc.). Familiarity withenterprise test automation suites (Tosca,Tosca DI,Selenium). Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira. Knowledge of test management tools (Jira,qTest). Basicsoftware developmentand scriptingskills.
