We hold our entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representatives responsible for:

• Providing exceptional and effective customer service contributes by being courteous and attentive to new and prospective customers
• Maintaining a professional and cheerful disposition with customers, management, co-workers, and clients at all times
• Promoting and up-sell selected products or sales promotions directly to consumers
• Reporting any customer concerns to senior sales to account management quickly, efficiently, and appropriately
• Serving as the primary point of contact and sales liaison between our customers and clients
• Resolving issues efficiently by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and attaining practical solutions
