Company Description: Bel-Air Manor is a 71-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Newington, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring an Admission Director. Come join our team Responsibilities: • Manage the Centers customer referral flow admissions process with urgency and follow through skills including community sales, referral management, and admission sign in, through post admission. • Meet census goals by working with the Centers interdisciplinary team and the Ryders Health Management Continuum (SNF, Out-patient Therapies, Lighthouse Home Healthcare, Companion Care and Ryders Rehab) to coordinate appropriate customer care. • Assure that the appropriate medical and financial reports/records are provided to the facility prior to or upon the resident's admission (signing process). Remain in compliance with timeliness.
