to support government. This is a remote flexibility position ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: Responsible for providing SGML/XML expertise and software development for Navy ILS data types Develop in RWS XML Professional Publisher (XPP) publishing and RWS'

authoring environments Design and document new processes and obtain organizational feedback. - Communicate process flows or requirements to staff for software development efforts or as part of procedural training Perform the installation of application software and core database software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes Plan, test, and execute continuity of operations plans for all applicable systems Ensure quality code deployment and change control Proven ability to function in a team environment. Meet with subject matter experts within the organization to gather process information and/or requirements Attend and actively participate in team meetings Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in technological writing or related field and three years of related professional experience Must meet IAT Level II requirements; At minimum an approved baseline certification of one of the fallowing

Security+, CCNA Security, Network+, Certified Network Defender (CND),

Systems Security

Certified

Practitioner

(SSCP) Active Secret Security Clearance Minimum ten (10) years of experience software development To include five (5) years experience with RWS XML Professional Publisher publishing environment Also including five (5) years of development experience with software development for Navy ILS data types Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams A team player that can work in a complex and fast-paced environment The ability to listen to customers and colleagues convey ideas effectively prepare written documentation Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties. Excellent oral and written skills. Excellent critical thinking skills.
