About this Opportunity:
The Recruiter will help connect qualified candidates to company opportunities. This position plays a crucial role in sourcing, assessing, and securing top talent for our organization. They are also responsible for managing the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
Ensure full cycle recruitment procedures are followed by leaders and hiring managers to avoid gaps or delays in the talent acquisition process.
Assist in the review and screening of applications and resumes.
Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers prioritizing timely follow-up on feedback to drive hiring processes across the finish line.
Ensure data integrity and update candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system as needed, including relevant interview details.
Liaising with Hiring Managers within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
Coordinate, schedule and facilitate interviews in-person, phone, or via Teams.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and identify qualified candidates to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate offers.
Assisting in other recruiting activities as needed.

Job Requirements / Skills:
3 years of Recruiting experience or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
