Construction And Maintenance Project Supervisor Are you a hands-on problem solver with expertise in construction, maintenance, and facility systems? If so, the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) has an exciting opportunity for you We are searching for a Construction and Maintenance Project Supervisor (CMPS) who will be a key member of our Facilities team and will be tasked with keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. As a Construction and Maintenance Project Supervisor, you will plan, direct, and perform skilled work such as inspections, equipment servicing, installations, and corrective maintenance that ensure a healthy, secure environment for staff, visitors, and incarcerated individuals. As the facility's subject matter expert for construction and maintenance activities, you will guide staff through new builds and remodel projects, offering technical expertise every step of the way. You will also serve as WCCW's Certified AHERA Building Inspectoridentifying asbestos-containing materials and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements to protect the entire facility community. This position is more than maintenanceit directly supports WCCW's mission to help incarcerated women build skills, find opportunity, and lead law-abiding, productive lives. You'll contribute to safe, well-maintained buildings and systems while also supporting pathways for incarcerated individuals who participate in facility projects.
