Description: We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Facilitate account openings and transfers by coordinating documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with our financial advisors to prepare materials for client reviews and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Stay updated on our firm's offerings and services to provide informed assistance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and building positive client relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
