Ensures effective customer relations between patient and staff. 4. Assists with goal setting and ensures that staff goals are in line with department & hospital goals. 5. Acts as a resource to staff. 6. Recruits and maintains adequate staffing levels. 7. Implements and reviews policies & procedures. Ensures staff competency. 8. Participates in developing the budget under the direction of the manager. 9. Under direction of manager, participates in disciplinary action. 10. Assists manager with development and implementation of PI plan. 11. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position. 12. Performs other duties as assigned.Education: BACHELOR'S LVL DGREOther Information:Required:Working knowledge of PT, OT, SP, PTA, COTA, techs, and recreational therapy.
