New **Position Summary:**

The customer care representative will work as part of the sales team. In this position, the customer care representative will accept customer calls, process orders, process emails, and work with the E-store. The customer care representative primarily with the sales departments and directly with the customers to build relationships with customers (internal and external) resulting in improved business results. The customer care representatives will use techniques to engage customers, improve efficiencies, and grow the business. This position requires computer knowledge and manual dexterity. This position requires the ability to read instructions represented in manuals and follow these instructions. This position exists in a temperature-controlled environment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following:

* Correspond with customers, sales and supplies as needed

* Maintain proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the companys operations

* Assists customers and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.

* Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, services and/or special tools; arranges for submission and inspection of sample products as required;

* Provides administrative assistance and support

**Minimum (Required) Qualifications:**

Education and Experience

* High School diploma is required

* Associate Degree preferred

* Past call center experience desired

* Past inside sales experience preferred

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

* Must have a positive attitude

* Must be well organized

* Must manage time well

* Must possess good math skills

* Must possess good decision making abilities
