We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Alabama. This two-day opportunity starts on Dec 8, 2025, with shifts from 7:30am to 5pm, and requires proficiency in extractions, dentures, and implants. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in general dentistry and be prepared to handle a variety of surgical and restorative procedures. Job Details Location: Alabama Start Date: Dec 8, 2025 LOA: 2 Provider Type Needed: Dentist Schedule: Dec 8-9, 7:30am-5pm Responsibilities and Duties Perform surgical and simple extractions, including full mouth extractions Provide denture and implant services Complete comprehensive general dentistry procedures Document procedures and notate any limitations as needed Ensure adherence to required certifications and state regulations Additional Information Must hold an active Alabama dental license Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
