As a Title & Registration Specialist you will handle all incoming mail to the other departments. This is a Fulltime, in-office position.Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmPay: $19/hr.What you will be doing: Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completion. Prep work to be scanned. Research and resolve issues related to license and title invoices. Provide excellent customer service to our clients. All other duties as assigned by management. What are we looking for? Data Entry Specialist Proficient in proprietary software Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment. Zendesk experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
