Chara Christian Dance Academy is looking to hire Part-Time adult fitness instructors to train students in South Houstons largest dance studio. The mission of this position is deliver quality, high fitness instruction that impacts students and their families. Results will be measured by student retention and enjoyment.
You will work directly with our School Director, Meghan Owen, to cultivate a positive fitness program that last our students a lifetime
You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, responsible, enjoy working in a face-paced environment, love teaching, and want to GROW.
You will be working with our owner, Director of Operations, School Director, and fellow faculty so an easy to work with personality is a must as well as the desire to be a team player within a top class team.
Qualifications:
Completed or pursuing fitness certification preferred
Prior teaching experience
Other expectations/skills:
* Positive, friendly, and good humored.
* Mature, wise, poised.
* Fast, efficient and proficient work.
* Positive interaction with adult students.
* A desire to make learning fun.
Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution. Retirement and health benefit potential as well.
