  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, ensuring personalized service.
  • Maintain accurate and organized guest records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints with poise, resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Process payments and provide detailed billing.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (preferred, but not essential).
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
