Borsight is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist. As a member of our aerospace kitting team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of components for our aerospace products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities Prepare and assemble kits of aerospace components based on engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records of aerospace materials, parts, and components. Maintain quality while also being efficient Perform quality checks on assembled kits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. Identify and report any discrepancies or defects. Complete all necessary documentation related to kitting processes, including recording quantities, part numbers, and any deviations from standard procedures. Work closely with other departments, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of kitted components. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the kitting process. Provide input to enhance standard operating procedures. Receives and follows instructions from the Supervisor or Team Lead

Qualifications No experience is required, but on-the-job experience in any logistics or inventory disciplines is preferred. Logistics Specialists will be trained to use specialized internal inventory and business systems, as well as USAF TCTO kitting and inventory control procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and specifications. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment. Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently. Additional Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Must reside locally, specifically within Davis or Weber counties Willing to submit to a background check Willing to submit to initial/reoccurring urinalysis screening
