Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Blasius GMC. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily operations by managing the front desk, directing calls, assisting customers, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers in finding the appropriate sales or service representative.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
• Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is a plus but not required.
