Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Project Planning and Management:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for project team members and stakeholders.
Track project progress and ensure that milestones are met on time.
Project Execution:
Execute the project according to the project plan.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Team Management:
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Facilitate communication within the project team and between the team and stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Monitor and report on project progress, problems, and solutions.
Quality Management:
Ensure that all deliverables are up to the highest quality standards.
Conduct project reviews and create recommendations to improve project management processes.
Perform quality assurance checks on project documentation.
Resource Management:
Manage project resource availability and allocation.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Skills for Success:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Information Technology sector.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in telecommunication, software development and web technologies.
Experience in managing projects related to telecommunication, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or IoT.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with industry-specific project coordination tools and software.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
